Excellent Tiffany & Co 1837 Round Pill Box Trinket Case Authentic Tiffany & Co. Will arrive with the pouch as shown. This is from my own collection. I purchased this many years ago and stored it away in the pouch. Aside from light tarnish, it is as close to 'new' as an item can be from this time. Pill Box is round with a clean inside, sized at 1.49 inches round approximately. Please ask any questions.
