This is a pretty nice idea that resembles the ninjutsu of old and could open up a very intriguing design space revolving around bouncing and re-casting creatures

One of the lowest entry prices in the MEGA lineup

More mana means bringing stronger cards out faster, and that makes victory far more likely

Even if there weren't a bazillion different tricks you can do to make this card even better (fetchlands, Future Sight, etc), that would be pretty darn good on its own in this format

[4] There does appear to be a Gold 1st Place version of the card for the winners, but it doesnt look like any of them have hit the market in a long time

Its like a Vengeful Bloodwitch that stores up all its damage for one go and controls the board
