You really want to normal summon Deep sea diva or go into Neptabyss some how There is also the synchron engine which works great with the low lv water monsters as well as the frog engine for back up plays (easy lv 4 and 5 synchro plays) Quite customizable (don't want to draw lappis, Neptabyss, or Gagigobyte so I recomend playing around 45 cards) The main win conditions are Herald of the Arc Light (easy 2 make with all the lv 2s) and whatever you can make off of Needlefiber or Ultimaya Junk Synchron works great in the deck and can easily go into lv 5 synchros I play the nemeses engine to return all the banished monsters from Ronin, Aria, or Aqua Spirit
While youre at it, use Koth of the Hammer and Valakut, the Molten Pinnacle so each of those mountains can become direct damage
