It has a 2 1 2 sheave and can fit up to 5 16 line diameter. It does ratchet only one way. There is a button on the side but it seems to be stuck. The base is 3 1 4 diameter with 4 bolt install. Bolt pattern is 1 11 16 apart. Comes with backing plate. It stands 4 3 4 tall.
