葡萄來自單一年份。葡萄園位於馬恩河谷，土壤由黏土石灰岩與黏土組成。夏多內低溫釀造；黑皮諾經過48小時的浸漬，以萃取更多風味和色素，兩者皆經過乳酸發酵。Assemblage意為將兩者調和，象徵酒莊對於馬恩河谷風土的純粹表達。以其美麗的粉色色澤和細膩的香氣令人印象深刻，氣泡綿密細緻，帶出優雅紅色漿果氣息。
