SESSION OUTLINE: SQUASH+ Academies are attended by invitation only

These skills will be honed throughout this level whilst adding the final more difficult skills

SQUASH+ will invite a young performer to join the academy when we feel they are showing good dedication to their squash and can perform at a County level and above

SESSION OUTLINE: Once the young performer reaches the SQUASH+ level 3 they have a good grasp of all the basic skills and how to execute them in a game situation
