Painted a rich earthy rust brown it has brush pen painted, ink black calligraphy on every surface, top bottom and also on the inside of the lid and base. We have been told that the lid reads Look at this flower branch theres a fragrance of wind and dew This is so lovely in every way, just the right amount of wear, and we feel
