It feels like it should be in a sci fi film, not on your kitchen shelf. Theyre slightly lower yielding than our other Oysters, but more than make up for it in appearance. Pink is the best colour. Theyre super tasty, with an almost herby smell. Theyre great to eat raw and work beautifully in salads. Once cooked, theyll turn a lovely golden brown colour with a richer flavour
