風土：香檳區以外，法國各大葡萄酒產區亦各自有其釀造汽泡酒的規範，符合法定規定下所釀造的汽泡酒可稱為Crémant。釀造方式上與香檳完全相同，透過二次瓶陳培養，誕生出汽泡綿密且頗具當地特色的精緻風味。布根地與香檳區在地理上相當接近，使用的葡萄品種也都以黑皮諾與夏多內為主，因此布根地除了偉大精彩的靜態紅白酒之外，也生產許多高品質的汽泡酒。
