I painted the original on a raw piece of bronze metal exposing its imperfections--representing the "myZtery" in each of us

Black was both a trigger and a safe haven for me. Bringing up fear, depression, loneliness. But also protecting and comforting. Strong. Allowing me to accept and release my real feelings.
