Clean fabrics and linens with pontefract cakes, sorrel, sandalwood, parsley, icing sugar, cake mix and underripe melon. With reduction the floral aspects were elevated carnations and geraniums and there were notes of white chocolate, pistachios, young calvados and farm style perry. The mouth was full of tart raw rhubarb coated with brown sugar, sour
