The sash buckle could be turned into a brooch. Each is skillfully painted with three roses one red, one pink and one yellow. They are unsigned, but almost certainly originating from the Limoges area of France, probably circa 1900. The back of the buckle is impressed with the number 20. Two of the buttons measure 1 in diameter and two measure 3 4 in
