釀造：堅持古典方式人工採收，舊式壓榨機，手動轉瓶除渣，不特別強調低補糖，並認為過少的Dosage反倒會減損香檳整體的平衡感與尾韻的長度。

位於Cramant和Oger兩個特級村之間的Avize特級村，靠近Cramant特級園側所生產的酒常常豐富飽滿充滿力量，而偏南的葡萄園則更純淨柔和。「Les Pisseraines」便座落於自於Azive特級村中偏南的位置。中等至飽滿的酒體，散發著清爽的黃蘋果、烤堅果和蜂巢的香氣，細膩柔美，變化複雜，並帶有怡人的礦物感。年產量僅904瓶。
