Fermentation took place in 3rd & 4th fill barrels for about 3 weeks with a combination of wild and selected yeast strains

The wine is aged for 12 months in French oak barriques (2nd and 3rd use)

and then a cold maceration occurs before the fermentation to extract colour and the velvety tannins

it reveals pronounced aromas of black fruits

Pisano Cisplatino Albarino 2025 Montepulciano Fermentation took place in 3rdWinemaking Hand harvested and destemmed, followed by gentle pressing. Fermentation in stainless steel tanks at lower temperatures, typically between 12 16C. Aged for 3 to 4 months in stainless steel tanks. Tasting Note Refreshing and minerally, with balanced acidity. Pear, melon and apricot lead the nose, lifted by white flowers and lemon. Fresh acidity and a rounded texture define the medium bodied palate, with subtle weight from careful lees work.
