Appears to have a #13 line loaded on it with plenty of backing

It has built-in Centerline Gauge that let's you instantly align and put your hook dead center in the vise's jaws

It has a Powell-esque grip which starts quite slim above the reel seat and flares to a slight ball near the middle then dips again before flaring to a bulb at the front

Cemm, Thomas -- St. John-Style Fly Reel 6'4" The brake drum is providedFor sale here is a scarce reel from Thomas Cemm, a Hardy St. John style click pawl fly reel made in the late 1940s in Vancouver, BC. The polished "spitfire" finish is original. The diameter of the reel is 3 7 8" with a spool width of 7 8". Mechanically the reel works very well with an effective range of tension to suit one's needs. The foot has been shaped on both ends. A great reel for the price and one you don't see for sale very often.
