but the saucer does have a bit of gold wear to the detail closest to the centre

The figure is still secured in its original box, never removed and appears to be of French manufacture as text is in French except for on the interior rim of the box. The Baby Jesus is lying on satin cloth on top of a bundle of wheat. I would estimate that the figure dates to the 1970s. He has hand painted features as well as wax arms and legs. He measures 5 1 4 in
