Obviously, the color had a huge inherent disadvantage, both in Limited (where it only existed in 1 out of the 3 packs) and Constructed (where it would have fewer cards than the other colors and no dual lands), so we looked at this as a chance to print and/or reprint powerful cards that would excite people and give them a reason to try it out

Instead, it has you choose a creature type when it enters the battlefield and makes all of your slivers and nontoken creatures that creature type
It helps to place newly played cards slightly lower in the play zone than existing cards to show they cannot take these actions
